If the mail piece falls within the Letter size category and is a folded Self-mailer, tabbing will be required for Automation postage discounts. If the folded edge is at the top and open at the bottom, two tabs are required. If the folded edge is at the bottom and open at the top, the type of paper and the number of pages will determine whether one or two tabs are required.
